missingWrote a review on 22 Septspacious poolfriendly staffoutdated furnishingshigh priceroom refurbishment needed
The outdoor pool is spacious and remains open late, a rare find in this area. Staff members consistently displayed friendliness, and the breakfast had a variety of choices, including a popular pancake machine. However, the room showed signs of age, needing a refurbish, and the higher price felt unjustified, especially since newer options are available nearby. The lobby was modern, but the carpet and furnishings in the room were dated.

The room was decent, but definitely needed some TLC. The air conditioning worked well, but we had a mildew smell in one room. The bathroom door didn’t latch, so that was a bit of a hassle with kids around. I noticed some stains and hair on the floor too. The microwave didn’t heat properly, and we only got three towels for four people. At least the shower was great, and the beds were comfy enough.

We had a fun family getaway, visiting nearby attractions like The Tennessee Aquarium and Ruby Falls. It was also nice to have breakfast to start our busy days. Staying with my mom made it extra special as we all enjoyed the time together.
For dads, it would be great if they fixed the plumbing.

Definitely not worth it
We were super excited to stay here, but it was a mess. After a long drive, we checked in only to find a wet bathroom floor from sewer leaks. Moved rooms at 4 AM, and the front desk's help was minimal. Plus, got hit with a surprise room charge at checkout. Breakfast was decent tho! Not coming back.

great parks and nearby eateries make it a weekend winner
I found the hotel super convenient, being just a short walk to a local Waffle House for breakfast and only a bit over 3 km to the Shrine of Our Lady Virgin of the Poor, where I enjoyed a lovely stroll around the grounds. it made exploring the city so much easier and more enjoyable. This place is perfect for travelers like me who appreciate central spots that provide easy access to dining and parks, but the cleanliness in some areas could definitely use improvement.
